What You’ll Do
Lead delivery of large-scale programs with multiple projects Build strong relationships and earn customer trust Guide Product Owners with functional knowledge of Pharma Regulatory business and COTS products Lead technical architecture and design discussions with clients, focusing on Full Stack MERN, GenAI, AI/ML, Data Lake, and enterprise integrations Navigate GxP processes and compliance activities Collaborate effectively with multicultural, multi-time zone teams Plan and execute programs using Waterfall, iterative, and Agile methodologies Drive estimation, scheduling, solutioning, and proposal creation Communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders What We’re Looking For
10+ years of relevant experience in program delivery and technical leadership Strong technical background, ideally having worked as a Technical Architect Deep understanding of Pharma Regulatory business and GxP processes Experience working with diverse teams across multiple time zones Excellent communication skills and a quick learner mindset Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Birlasoft by 2x
