From single node HGX/DGX systems to large multi-node NVLink domain rack architectures, these designs are core to NVIDIA's enterprise and cloud provider businesses. We are searching for a highly motivated, technical manager to drive performance excellence across our data center platforms. You will manage a team responsible for key aspects of our data center platform architecture and software ecosystem, ensuring products are released with industry-leading performance, efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a team that focuses on performance for data center platforms and products, from pathfinding, pre-silicon readiness, verification, post-silicon, through to production. Define processes and execution methodologies for delivering performance goals. Collaborate with major customers to understand performance requirements and align roadmaps with NVIDIA’s roadmap. Deliver benchmarking and telemetry infrastructure to influence design choices. Collaborate with Architecture, Software, Platform, and HPC teams on product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy for data center products. Deliver executive-level briefings on performance and perf/W for internal stakeholders and key customers/partners. Mentor architects and engineering teams to develop future leaders. What We Need To See
BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years in system architecture and design. 5+ years of managing a team. Hands-on technical experience in environments with complex software and hardware designs. Background in data center/server workloads and performance analysis. Familiarity with SoC system architecture, microprocessors, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.). Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed organizations with a leadership role. Strong interactive, verbal, and written communication skills. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience in data center scale performance and efficiency (perf/W). History of working with high-profile customers. Familiarity with benchmarks and workloads commonly assessed by CSPs & HPC customers. NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer.
