CVS Group 2026 New Graduate Vet Programme – Equine. Are you seeking a dedicated equine-only position? We have opportunities across our equine division for new and recent graduate Vets, offering internship roles and first opinion Vet positions. You will be enrolled onto our New Graduate Programme which provides tailored support, will enable your development and provides a generous amount of CPD. CVS is committed to supporting wellbeing and mental health. We employ New Graduate Pastoral Support Vets (PSVs) who provide pastoral support outside of practice and work with practice leaders and VetGDP Advisers to help ensure a great experience in practice. What is on offer
We offer an extremely supportive and friendly environment to work and grow as an Equine Vet, with massive scope for various interests. Benefits of the programme include: Paid onboarding phase including a Residential Week; UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs are covered by CVS. Competitive starting salary; increases at the end of year 1 and year 2. No financial tie-in beyond completion of the programme. Professional memberships (RCVS & VDS). Up to 9 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with Buy/Sell holiday option to purchase two additional weeks. Extra day of leave each year in the first 5 years at CVS. 10 CPD days per year, covering clinical and non-clinical skills tailored to the role.
