Executive Recruiter | Director of Chemical Operations Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Oversee chemical manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. Lead and develop cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, and engineering. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards. Drive efficiency and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methods. Manage budgets, optimize costs, and recommend capital projects. Maintain equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance. Support quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years in chemical manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership roles. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and process controls. Proven track record applying Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM. ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated success managing budgets and delivering operational improvements. Seniority level
