A&P-licensed aircraft mechanic

and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft used in life-saving missions. Responsibilities: Perform and evaluate daily maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Communicate promptly with the Lead Mechanic regarding unexpected issues that may affect schedules. Oversee aircraft maintenance at field bases, including monitoring stock levels and requisitioning spare parts. Prepare and certify aircraft maintenance reports in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Maintain accurate entries in RAMCO for work packages and status updates. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient task completion. Manage and adjust parts inventory as necessary. Oversee scheduling and calibration of company-provided special tools. Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings. Minimum of two years of experience as a certified aircraft mechanic. Strong basic communication and computer skills. Ability to pass pre-placement physical exams, drug screenings, and background checks. (For Roving Maintenance Team) Experience in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting. Flexibility to travel frequently and work night shifts when required. Competitive compensation with shift bonuses and incentives. Sign-on bonus up to $25,000. Annual safety and employee performance bonuses. Requirement to live within one hour or 60 miles of the assigned base. Be part of a team with an
