Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday — weekends off
Work Requirements Commute Required: Must be able to travel to Dandridge, TN
Work Location: On-site, in our service department
Role Overview We are currently hiring a dependable and experienced Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on customer vehicles.
The right candidate will take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to doing the job right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems including brakes, engines, and electrical components
Handle scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, and inspections
Clearly communicate service needs and updates to advisors
Maintain thorough documentation of all repairs and inspections
Keep the service bay clean and follow safety procedures at all times
Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Familiarity with Ford systems and certifications is a plus
Strong diagnostic abilities and mechanical knowledge
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
