Associate Test Engineer - Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)
At Boeing Defense & Space (BDS), we are seeking an Associate Test Engineer to join the PAC‑3 Seeker team located in Huntsville, AL. The PAC‑3 Seeker team is a highly skilled, cross‑functional group focused on safety, lean manufacturing, and execution to develop the next‑generation Patriot Advanced Capability‑3 (PAC‑3) missile seeker.
Position Responsibilities
Perform analysis of test data to determine success or failure root causes.
Participate in Non‑Conformance Reviews (NCRs).
Develop dispositions for test Non‑Conformances at the seeker subassembly level.
This position is 100% onsite at the Huntsville, AL location. A U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Secret) is required; the selected candidate must obtain clearance post‑start.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in systems integration and testing within a factory environment.
Experience with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting principles.
Experience in testing/troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical components.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams, customers, and internal/external resources.
Experience with complex system development, integration, and test.
Experience with production/factory engineering processes.
Education & Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. A U.S. Secret clearance is required; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Pay & Application Deadline Pay range: $79,900 - $108,100. Applications accepted until Oct. 31, 2025.
Location & Shift Huntsville, AL – 1st shift.
