Responsibilities
Provide Engineering leadership and support to P&G sites via technical mastery and site-specific coaching.
Address engineering matters for the Business Unit and R&D innovation projects and initiatives.
Resolve site engineering issues and problems.
Innovate and improve current product lines and packaging; develop new product lines as needed.
Complete tasks ranging from creating a new product line to developing new packaging, testing new materials, and converting processes to pave the way for the future.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time
Willing to relocate throughout the career
0-3 years of experience
