Overview

The manager is looking for someone with 5-8 years of CREO 7 (or higher) experience along with Windchill experience to work in this role. The typical workday will recover change notices from lead designers and work on multiple projects. Once granted access into Windchill it will determine the typical workday. Duties

Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. Review and approve detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment. Instruct staff to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems. Review and approve mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery using computer-assisted equipment. Review and approve dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to the materials. Approve schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines. Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems. Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed. Act as subject matter expert to clients and review schematics and answer questions pertaining to installation of systems. Qualifications

Must have minimum 5-8yrs CREO 7 (or higher) Schematic/Cabling experience. Windchill experience is also required. Details
