Manufacturing Operations The Senior Maintenance Planner is responsible for maintenance and reliability efforts, including budgets, safety, and employee development. How you'll will impact Ingevity: Participate in accident/failure investigations Follow-up on all safety suggestions with feedback to employees Conduct weekly inspections of the workplace to identify, evaluate and control workplace hazards Maintenance cleanliness in his/her provided Kitting Area Ensure proper development of work plans, including estimating manpower and timely acquisition/delivery of necessary parts Solicit feedback regarding work/maintenance plans for continuous improvement of job planning Review Job Progress Feed Forms from Craftsman and technically complete or write follow-up work notification Improve equipment bill of materials Review/follow up on equipment work order history Develop task list to provide improved and consistent work plans Develop and coordinate outage related work scopes and project Participate in periodic maintenance scheduling meetings Secure, support, and manage test equipment and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Tools/Equipment Support emergency and break-in work as required Manage work order backlogs for effective scheduling and work execution Maintains safe and healthful working conditions and ensure that safe work procedures and practices are followed Actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions Encourage the reporting of near misses and the submission of safety suggestions Ensure that all accidents including first aid cases are reported Support Engineering projects by serving as the project Maintenance Representative Exemplifies safety procedures and wears appropriate PPE Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years in industrial maintenance or production Technical training and/or technical associates degree preferred Proficient in SAP or computerized maintenance background Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work with third party contractors Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Please note : This is not a position that Ingevity will consider for employment sponsorship.
