Support Radar Cross Section (RCS) and Radio Frequency (RF) testing of test articles and antennas Mount and dismount test articles on a test support pylon Work in man lift at a height of 65 feet Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and/or fabricate test equipment (production and prototype) Assist in the verification, development and documentation of test procedures and special applications by interpreting product specifications Work across multiple shifts Notes on Role Level
This role may be filled as an Engineering Technician 2 or Engineering Technician 3 based on the qualifications outlined below. Basic Qualifications
Engineering Technician 2
High School Diploma or Equivalent (education will be verified) At least 2 years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry, or related military service Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher) last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluation Active Special Access Program (SAP) Ability to use standard tools and shop equipment Basic troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Engineering Technician 3

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
