Responsible for the scheduling, tracking and evaluating the preventative maintenance plans for plant equipment. Responsible for generating maintenance plans based on supplier recommendations and industry best practices. Ensures that spare parts are available in inventory for emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance procedures. Follow and abide by all government, Legal, Magna and MST rules and regulations. Demonstrate a maturity of judgement, leadership skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational, listening, communication and presentation skills in all aspects of the job function. Knowledge
Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite. Familiar with ERP systems and CMMS planning software. Advanced math skills with the ability to apply to cost and analyze data. Education
High School Diploma or GED and at least a 2‑year degree from an accredited technical college or post‑secondary school. Preferred 4‑year degree from an accredited technical college or university. Equal Opportunity
