Lead Electrical Engineer Looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading major projects, and ensuring reliable power and process control in a heavy industry environment. $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Lead capital and major repair projects from concept through commissioning Provide expertise in high-voltage power systems (up to 13.8kV), turbine generators, relay protection, AC/DC drives, DCS/PLC systems, and process instrumentation Champion safety and environmental excellence across engineering and maintenance activities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Legal, Purchasing) to deliver high-value technical solutions Mentor and guide junior engineers, co-ops, and interns What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing or heavy industry Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline) Strong, hands-on expertise in power distribution (up to 13.8kV), relay protection, arc flash analysis, AC/DC drives, and process control instrumentation NFPA 70E training with a strong safety mindset Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects safely, on time, and within budget P.E. license or PMP certification (a plus, not required) Why Join?
