Job Posting: ServiceNow Engineer – Platform Operations We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer – Platform Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. About the Role: As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing support and enhancement requests across a variety of ServiceNow products and modules. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, implement improvements, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform. Key Responsibilities

Lead and fulfill support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow modules, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Diagnose and resolve platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Design, configure, and develop solutions using ServiceNow best practices to support business needs and enhance processes. Build integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external GRC platforms, data lakes, and enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and tools like Mulesoft. Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and policies. Support all aspects of platform upgrades, including Plugin/Store App updates. Mentor junior team members and share expertise to build platform knowledge. Monitor platform health, manage performance, and maintain integration points. Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum teams to gather requirements and convert them into actionable ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise setting. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and integrations. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with interconnected modules and core data structures across the ServiceNow platform. Effective communicator with the ability to influence risk strategies through technology. Preferred: One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in major modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps). Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
