ISG is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer, you will make a real difference for Municipal and Industrial clients across the U.S., contributing to projects that improve lives and communities. We are a full-service, multi-disciplinary team, who perform award winning work in planning, design, survey, and construction. You will work alongside industry leaders in our Water/Wastewater Practice Group.

$70,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Compensation:
$70,000 - $190,000 / year
Key Responsibilities
Lead with impact: take charge of projects or contribute to help clients evaluate, plan, and implement water, wastewater, and reuse system operations Conduct treatment technology assessments using data analysis, mass balance calculations, modeling, bench and pilot testing Diagnose existing system operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements Support long-range planning by assessing current systems and forecasting future capital and operational needs Perform studies and alternative analyses to identify optimal treatment solutions that align with compliance and client goals Design with purpose: develop conceptual and detailed engineering plans and specifications for construction-ready solutions Assist with construction, system start-up, troubleshooting, and operational support for new installations Conduct field observations, inspections, and data collection to inform project decisions Prepare permit submittals for water and wastewater projects, ensuring regulatory compliance Work closely with team members, communities, and stakeholders to define project needs and deliver impactful results Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to a dynamic and evolving team environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required 10+ years of hands-on design and drafting experience in water and wastewater infrastructure Strong command of water and wastewater engineering principles Experience in leadership or team-building is a plus Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
