Landscape Crew Leader Job Description in Shakopee, MN: We are a leading service provider based in Shakopee, MN, are seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to oversee outdoor operations with a wealth of 30 years in the field. Responsibilities include comprehensive Grounds Care throughout all seasons for HOA's, Apartments, and Commercial Properties. Responsibilities: The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for the overall direction of project/job-site working with and reporting to the Landscape Supervisor. Duties include staging materials, planting, hardscapes, irrigation, flowers, mulch, rock, sod, seed etc. Attention to detail and multitasking is a quality that is needed for this position. The Landscape Crew Leader is a key component of our ability to sell and install additional landscaping within our portfolio of work. Valid Driver's License and Truck/Trailer experience is required.Salary position is available for the right candidate. Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • Possess or ability to obtain Department of Transportation Health Card • Organized and detailed to complete services in professional manner • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and operate equipment in sitting position for up to 8/hrs/time • Ability to safely operate truck and landscape trailer • Positive attitude, hard working and organized individual to work safely in a team environment • Ability to lead crew of two to five people • Ability to work with all levels of employees • 3 years landscape experience in a Crew Leader setting including all aspects of hardscape, boulders, water features, plant knowledge, bed prep, sod, seed • Snow removal experience Compensation: $30 - $38 hourly • The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for the overall direction of project/job-site working with and reporting to the Landscape Supervisor.
