We are expanding our Engineering Team and looking for a
Principal Civil Engineer
to manage and grow our land development projects, including hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. The role involves leading a team focused on expanding our civil commercial development footprint in Texas. Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the civil engineering practice in Houston, Texas, fostering new client relationships and business development. Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding projects while building positive client relationships. Oversee project management to ensure quality, safety, and financial objectives are met. Engage with clients, design teams, and regulatory agencies for permits and approvals. Qualifications
Licensed PE Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience in civil site development projects in Houston. Proven ability to develop business and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Commitment to health and safety standards. Why Join Arcadis?
