We are seeking a skilled

Thermal Engineer

to design, analyze, and optimize thermal management solutions for electronic and electromechanical systems in mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in thermal simulation, heat dissipation, and system-level thermal analysis to ensure reliable performance under challenging operating conditions. Responsibilities

Perform thermal analysis and simulations for electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems using tools such as

ANSYS, FloTHERM, COMSOL, or equivalent . Develop and implement thermal management strategies, including heat sinks, fans, conduction paths, and liquid cooling solutions. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering teams to integrate thermal solutions into complex systems. Conduct testing and validation of thermal designs in lab and field environments. Identify and troubleshoot thermal issues, providing solutions to improve system reliability and performance. Create and maintain thermal documentation, reports, and test plans. Ensure designs comply with applicable industry and safety standards. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input on thermal performance improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Sciences, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in thermal engineering for electronics, aerospace, or high-reliability applications. Proficiency in thermal simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, FloTHERM, COMSOL) and thermal modeling techniques. Strong understanding of heat transfer, conduction, convection, and radiation principles. Experience with PCB, enclosure, and system-level thermal management. Ability to perform thermal testing and validation using sensors, IR cameras, and data acquisition systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills

Experience in defense, aerospace, or mission-critical system thermal management. Knowledge of MIL-STD or other high-reliability standards. Familiarity with CFD analysis and environmental testing related to thermal performance. Exposure to multi-disciplinary design integration (mechanical, electrical, and software). Senioriry level
