Overview
Austin's Automotive Specialists - N. Research, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Austin communities, is looking for an experienced General Service Automotive Technician with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional vehicle repairs to both our existing and growing customers. Expect to stay challenged with a wide range of vehicles and complex jobs, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates. This role is supported by the GreatWater 360 Auto Care network.
EARN:
$18 - $22 per hour + overtime after 40 hours. SHOP ADDRESS:
12990 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750 SHOP HOURS OF OPERATION:
M-F 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST Responsibilities
Perform general automotive service tasks with accuracy and efficiency (e.g., mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, vehicle inspections). Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional communication and service quality. Maintain clean and safe work areas in the tire and service department. Utilize digital vehicle inspections and other tools to document vehicle status and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to complete repairs and share knowledge for continuous improvement. Qualifications
1 year of professional automotive general service experience. Ability to perform basic automotive services including mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and vehicle inspections. Strong customer-service orientation and ability to deliver a positive customer experience. Maintain clean and safe work areas in the tire and service department. Experience with digital vehicle inspections is preferred. Have your own tools and a valid driver A0s license. Strong character and work ethic with a positive attitude. Benefits & Perks
