Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) • Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire • Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience) • Flexible hybrid schedule onsite preferred, but remote possible for top-tier candidates

What You'll Tackle
Build and run hydraulic and hydrologic models for floodplain systems, stormwater infrastructure, and riverine networks
Analyze flood risk and drainage systems using tools like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, GIS, and Civil 3D
Spearhead FEMA (C)LOMR/MT-2 submissions and interface with agencies to move projects forward
Design stormwater control structures, including detention basins, culverts, and outfalls, with attention to regulation and performance
Prepare detailed technical documentation, interpret model data, and deliver actionable reports to clients
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the team’s project planning and QA/QC processes
What You Bring
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering
5+ years of hands-on H&H project experience
Familiarity with FEMA regulatory processes, especially MT-2 and LOMR submissions
Comfort leading multiple concurrent projects and working cross-functionally
Proficiency in industry software: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, Civil 3D, GIS
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and the ability to think on your feet
PE license preferred, or a clear path to obtaining it
