Overview
Manage predictive and preventive maintenance and reliability on Pulp and Paper Mill assets through lubrication, infrared, vibration monitoring, NDT, and inspection programs. Provide strong management and technical skills in the use and application of motor spectral and rotating equipment vibration analysis as well as other non-destructive testing methods. Analysis of this and other data is used in monitoring and predicting equipment failure as part of the reliability maintenance program. This position supervises craftsmen that perform data collection routines, oil sampling, and other predictive and preventive tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the development and implementation of reliability improvement projects across the site.
