Ensure all major spend categories are strategically aligned with our global strategy and are under contract Confirm all supplier relationships are effectively measured, managed and developed Internal stakeholders are effectively coached and supported during sourcing/purchasing events Develop a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct Prepare and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications Other duties assigned by management What You Will Bring
Bachelor's Degree Required 7-9 years Required Previous experience leading teams Preferred Knowledge of Buying and Sourcing, including procurement, demand/supply planning, and relationships management and strong knowledge of contracts and negotiation techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Suites product expertise What You Will Get
