Overview
As a Construction Superintendent you will oversee the construction project from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and perform inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes, be able to delegate duties to teams effectively, and resolve on-site issues. Travel or local roles may be required. Ground-up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, high rise, healthcare, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience. Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience. Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc. Company Description
