$29.00/hr - $31.00/hr. Summary:
The ideal candidate is an analytically driven professional with strong laboratory knowledge who thrives outside the lab environment. They must bring expert-level Excel skills and SQL query experience, paired with working proficiency in tools such as Tableau or Databricks. A background in QC laboratory processes (bioassay, HPLC, microbiology) is strongly preferred to bridge the gap between raw data and business insights. This individual should demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability, comfortable reaching across teams, prioritizing multiple requests, and supporting all QC functions through dashboards, metrics, and workforce planning models. They must be flexible with occasional off-hours work and capable of working in a hybrid/flex environment, with some on-site presence in Building 25 to ensure integration and business familiarity. The QC organization also supports the broader network as needed. In addition to testing, the organization supports the templating and logging of information into our Laboratory Information Management System (SLM LIMS) and the use of the Laboratory Method Execution system (LMES), this also includes other quality systems used to manage our information and processes (deviations, change control, etc). Responsibilities
Support the QC organization in generating metrics, supporting QC’s existing dashboards and data collection tools. Support the Sample Management team with LIMS templating, issue resolution and other tasks as needed for the organization. Clearly capture and articulate the client’s processes, partner with the client to identify process improvement, and translate strategies into information solutions. Role varies between client-focused and application-focused work. Provide metrics support and lead internal business reviews. Creation of business performance tools. LIMS support including sample resolution, templating updates, result entry, etc. Sample coordination support between QC and customers. Operational Excellence. Qualifications
Intermediate to expert-level Excel (pivot tables/charts, lookups, data source connections, some VBA). Three or more years of SQL experience (Oracle, Databricks) preferred. Office 365 proficiency; Smartsheet, SharePoint, Tableau, and Tibco Spotfire experience preferred. Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $29.00 - $31.00/hr. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package selected.
