R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Inbound Router Supervisor at our Wheeling, IL Service Center. This role involves managing dock and dispatch operations. Location: Wheeling, IL. Employment type: Full-Time, 3rd Shift (Sun-10pm, Tue-Fri-2am; 8-10 hour shifts). Responsibilities
Manage dock and dispatch operations relevant to inbound routing. Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling. Ensure Safety Compliance and quality freight handling procedures are followed. Timely dispatching of LTL Loads. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager. Qualifications
Proven basic leadership experience; ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred. Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred. Benefits
