Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity across business units.
Optimize and manage the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
Balance supply and demand, assess and improve distribution network efficiency.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and simplify processes to drive decision‑making.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve shared network capacity goals.
Own a portfolio of cross‑functional programs related to network capacity.
Identify and deliver operational improvement opportunities in inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization.
Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goods or services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field
