We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods sector (CPG or FMCG) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning and will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting informed business decisions. Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all U.S. and International channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Qualifications
5+ years of Finance experience in the Consumer Goods industry (CPG or FMCG). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Highly motivated and pragmatic with the ability to roll up sleeves, take responsibility for initiatives, and produce results. Strategic thinker with the foresight regarding the long-term financial impact of decisions. Additional Information
