Seasonal Inventory Sr. Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Seasonal Inventory Sr. Specialist
with 1+ year of experience to support our team during the upcoming peak season. This role is essential for managing large-scale inventory projects and supporting secondary order processing.
Responsibilities
Support large inventory initiatives, including audits, reconciliations, and tracking item movement across departments
Coordinate repair requests and ensure timely QC of designated pieces
Pull and organize inventory for inspection, shipment, or project-specific needs
Track and document the location and status of merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy
Assist with returns and reverse logistics processing as needed
Provide secondary support for order processing and fulfillment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, Operations, and Customer Service
Maintain accurate records of inventory activities and project progress
Support daily opening and closing activities in the inventory area
Requirements
Inventory Experience Required: Must have prior experience in inventory operations
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in tracking and managing merchandise
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Excellent Follow-Through: Commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time
Jewelry Industry Experience Preferred: Familiarity with luxury or jewelry inventory is a plus
Strong communication skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Benefits Hourly pay:
$18.50-$20.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
