This individual will work as a full-time traveler for Turner's Advanced Technology Group, which includes Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segment groups (MSG). Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems. Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives. Ensure project alignment with client goals from initiation to completion. Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems or equivalent. Strong knowledge of contract documents, codes, and design features affecting costs. LEED accreditation preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and computer skills. Physical & Work Environment:
Requires physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, and perform tasks in construction environments. Exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Turner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
