is currently looking for a data center foreman in the Ashburn, VA market. The Foreman will manage the Data Center Installation teams and partner with the Superintendent in making sure projects are completed safely, meeting all customer deadlines, commitments and quality standards. Responsibilities

Leadership & Crew Management – Direct crews, assign tasks, resolve issues, and maintain morale while achieving deadlines. Resilience & Adaptability – Stay steady when priorities shift (common in hyperscale data centers), adjust plans quickly, and keep the team aligned under pressure. Comprehensive Technical Expertise (ISP + OSP) – Strong knowledge of inside plant (closets, conveyance, copper/fiber) and outside plant (pathways, conduit, duct banks, manholes). Confident in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and QA to ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, BICSI, and NEC standards. Essential Job Functions

Accountable for the safety, quality, schedule and cost on assigned projects. Perform data center cage and overhead ladder rack work in accordance with industry standards. Read and follow design engineers' instructions and specifications, maintain the scope of work on the project and adhere to safety procedures. Serve as main point of contact between the Project Manager and crew members. Responsible for managing 4-6 crew members on a day-to-day basis. Understand and adhere to customer timelines. Inspect completed work to ensure that all tasks pertaining to the installation were performed to company/customer standards. Prepare closeout documentation for each phase of the job as completed. Coordinate and communicate activities with other employees, departments, and management as a team player. Hold daily meetings before beginning work. Maintain company issued equipment including but not limited to vehicle, tools, and equipment specific to job. Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

Knowledge of basic tools, construction practices and communication networks. Knowledge of cable installation practices, dressing cables, lacing, terminating, etc. Knowledge of basic AC and DC power plants. Knowledge of fiber optic cable types, make-up of fiber optic cables, and manufacturer specifications to prevent damage of cables. Knowledge of various manufacturers ISP racks, cabinets, ladder rack, fiber guide and termination panels. Knowledge of cable testing procedures and test equipment. Knowledge of inside plant safety measures. Knowledge of data center security processes and adherence to measures in place. Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications. Ability to pay close attention to detail and make sound decisions based on information provided. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Must hold a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Education and Experience

Education Level: High School/GED Experience: 5+ years of relevant job experience. Relevant experience is in a similar industry or with similar essential duties. Field of Study: Data Center, Telecommunications, Construction or Project Management
