Executive Business Administrator
to support the
Corporate Vice President (CVP) for ETM HR.

Responsibilities
You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for senior managers, managing calendar and logistics based on manager and business needs and strengthening a cross-organizational network to enable teamwork. You will partner with senior leaders and Chiefs of Staff on building and managing annual rhythm of business (ROB), including fiscal year calendar and executive meeting schedule. Strategically communicate ROB cadence and help manage workloads as needed. You will manage travel and expenses, coordinating travel arrangements (e.g., accommodations, transportation, security) for manager(s) and/or group. Create detailed itineraries/agendas for daily activities by setting and managing travel expectations to maximize trip productivity. You will provide leadership by actively participating in the Business Support community, mentoring Business Support professionals, leading team experience activities, and delegating onboarding. You will manage, plan, and develop events, leading a team of event planners if needed and taking full responsibility for event outcomes while balancing multiple complex projects and timelines end to end. You will create and oversee Teams channel access and Outlook distribution lists with a lens to accuracy, ensuring the right people are receiving the right information at the right time. Partner with the business management team on this and other special projects. You will oversee space-management processes and team spaces, driving changes and future needs based on data, and coordinate travel arrangements with Executive Travel to create detailed itineraries for daily activities. Required/Minimum Qualifications
7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management. 2+ years of experience in providing strategic calendar and time planning support for senior managers, including shifting calendar invites. Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.16 - $64.90 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $43.08 - $71.25 per hour.
