(AICI-SP) is a leading construction firm working with the Department of State, Overseas Building Operations (OBO), and Department of Defense (DOD). We are seeking qualified Plumbers for an OBO Embassy project in Doha, Qatar. Candidates must have an active SECRET clearance, a valid passport, and the ability to obtain necessary visas and documentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Install plumbing fixtures Rough in piping for domestic water, chilled water, and sanitary systems Install fire sprinkler piping, valves, and components Install pipe insulation and jacketing Cut and thread pipes from 1/2” to 8” Solder copper pipes and fittings Test piping systems using Hydro Static test pumps Maintain a clean work environment Manage mechanical material inventory Generate material take-offs Follow safety protocols and Think Safety First Create as-built drawings for field modifications Assist with additional duties within skill set as needed Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience At least 2 years of overseas construction experience Ability to read blueprints and specifications Knowledge of International Plumbing and Building Codes High school diploma or equivalent Proficient use of hand and power tools Willingness to work overseas and adhere to local laws and customs Compliance with government site security requirements Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands: Employees must be capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and operating in extreme weather conditions. Mental focus and adherence to safety are critical, as is working in a busy construction environment overseas, often away from family, in diverse conditions and potential hazards. Work involves a 60-hour week, 6 days a week, 10 hours per day, with flexibility required. Personal protective equipment is mandatory, and safety protocols must be followed at all times.
