Overview

HVAC Project Manager (KY) – Feldkamp Mechanical role at Kelso Industries. Feldkamp Mechanical is a leading mechanical contractor in the Ohio Valley region, specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role is based in Lexington, KY and drives the success of large-scale HVAC projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting. Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability. Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and foremen to ensure quality and efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders. Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications. Work closely with operations leadership to allocate labor and equipment resources. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company standards. Identify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining momentum. Represent Feldkamp Mechanical at project meetings and prepare necessary reports. Qualifications

5–10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on commercial/industrial HVAC projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and construction methods. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as needed. PMP certification a plus. Work Environment
