We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of integrated mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD tools to create 2D/3D models, generate detailed drawings, and work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and electrical teams to ensure design integrity and product functionality. Design and develop electro-mechanical assemblies, cable assemblies, electronics enclosures, and components based on system requirements. Create 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings using software such as Solidworks Electrical, AutoCAD, and Draftsight. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure cohesive system design and integration. Produce wiring diagrams, schematics, and cable assemblies in compliance with industry standards. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes. Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet production requirements. Maintain accurate design documentation, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and revision control. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of designs through the development lifecycle. Design and document electrical designs in collaboration with Electrical Engineers using Solidworks Electrical and AutoCAD. Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Build qualified hardware for aerospace, military, or automotive applications (DO-160, MIL-STD, SAE, etc.). Experience with 3D modeling software and design, preferably SolidWorks. Experience designing rackmount enclosures and sheet metal design. Knowledge of UL, CE, RoHS, or other regulatory standards. Experience with PCB layout constraints and integration. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical product design. Proficiency in 2D drawing creation (cable drawings, schematics, and related documentation). Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems for data management. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience working with multidisciplinary groups driving schedule and task. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Key Qualifications

Experience designing rackmount enclosures and sheet metal design. Regulatory standards knowledge (UL, CE, RoHS, etc.). EEO Statement:
