Embedded Software Engineer II role at Actalent. Develop and maintain embedded software for medical device systems. Drive software quality efforts and ensure compliance with software development standards. Contribute to software configuration management and continuous integration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of rules and regulations for medical device development (IEC 62304 knowledge a plus). Experience developing test cases in C++ using GTest and GMock. Experience using Atlassian tools or equivalent for software development. Familiarity with agile software development and software quality systems. Experience with real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS. Experience deploying commercial embedded Linux systems. Nice to Have
ISO 13485 knowledge; IEC 62304 familiarity. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, Employee Assistance Program, and time off. Workplace Type
