Role Overview We’re seeking a Module Production Engineer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a tangible impact on next‑generation technology.

Key Responsibilities

Industrializing new and volume systems by collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Drive improvements in system availability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.

Troubleshoot production issues and develop actionable solutions.

Support the design and validation of engineering solutions.

Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time.

Review supplier failure analysis reports and validate root causes.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.

Manage technical uncertainties and develop creative solutions.

Own customer issues and deliver targeted resolutions.

Design sub‑modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.

Integrate subsystems and support configuration management.

Verify design specifications and contribute to testing protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or

Master’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong collaboration and cross‑functional communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in a cleanroom environment under ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).

Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.

Occasional movement across campus and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Moderate temperature and noise levels.

Travel may be required based on business needs.

Regulatory Requirements This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
