Strategic Leadership and Offerings Development: Develop and execute strategies, offerings and frameworks for enabling product models for organizations and ways to adopt AI in the product space to accelerate value realization for our clients. Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and product operating models to drive innovation and thought leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and patterns, and industry-specific challenges to enable consulting teams Sales Enablement: Partner with local go to market sales teams, client service leaders, and other capability leaders to drive business development efforts and win new work Provide subject matter expertise during client engagements, sales meetings, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our services. Support proposal development, including solution design, scoping, and pricing, to secure new business opportunities. Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful execution of product transformation engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards to meaningful results for our clients. Provide guidance and support to project teams, offering technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Thought Leadership, Collaboration, People Leadership: Publish thought leadership content, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase our AI and Analytics expertise and generate market interest. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across product capabilities and across the organization. Establish strong relationships with technology partners, academia, and industry experts Mentor and lead people in building skills for the future Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role within Product, Analytics, Data Science consulting. Strong practical skills and understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling techniques. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams. Track record of delivering consulting engagements on time and within budget and resulting in business value to our clients Experience in collaborating with sales teams and supporting business development efforts. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance. The base salary pay range for this position is $159,000 to $198,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
