What You’ll Do

Join the Revenue Operations Team, responsible for driving revenue growth in close partnership with revenue leaders. Drive regular reporting, analytical insights, process improvements, systems updates, strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, incentive design, and coverage model design. Translate data into insights and clearly communicate with business partners and GTM managers to improve performance and operational efficiency. Up-level complex data and insights to enable decisions across Revenue Operations, enablement, finance, systems, data, and revenue teams. Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that improve GTM efficiency and expand total addressable market (TAM). Where You’ll Work

This role will be based in one of our Brex offices — San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, or Salt Lake City. Team members are expected to work in-office at least two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Brex also offers the flexibility to work remotely for up to four weeks per year, in one-week increments. Responsibilities

Annual Planning: Run the annual GTM planning process, collaborating with Finance, Data, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to support quota setting, territory carving, and ROI modeling to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Compensation Plans: Design, model, implement, and evaluate GTM incentive compensation plans aligned with business goals and desired behaviors. Business Insights: Deliver deep-dive analyses on metrics such as pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, rep productivity, and sales capacity; translate data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership. Strategic Projects: Identify and execute high-impact projects to expand TAM and improve GTM efficiency. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Finance, Systems, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve GTM alignment and efficiency. Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in a senior revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations role, preferably in high-growth FinTech or SaaS. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, GTM methodologies, and GTM systems for scaling revenue. Compensation Design: Expertise in GTM compensation design philosophy, quota setting, ROI benchmarks, and administration. Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical skills; ability to model complex scenarios and translate data into strategic recommendations. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Looker. Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Proactive and structured approach to scoping and solving complex business problems. Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $203,400 - $241,000. Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
