Financial Planning Professional

to join the team. This role will focus on creating, refining, and implementing comprehensive financial plans for high-value clients, while supporting the advisory team with in-depth analysis and strategy development. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring all areas of planning—retirement, investments, insurance, tax strategies, and estate considerations—are fully integrated. Conduct deep financial analysis using advanced planning software, modeling multiple scenarios to provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate closely with the Senior Advisor and advisory team to prepare for client meetings, including presentations, plan updates, and follow-up action items. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with firm and industry requirements. Monitor client portfolios and plans for necessary adjustments in response to market, regulatory, or life changes. Support business development efforts by providing planning expertise for prospective client presentations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory updates, and planning strategies to ensure best-in-class service. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of financial planning experience; prior experience in a fee-based advisory environment preferred. Series 65 registration (or ability to obtain promptly); CFP designation strongly preferred. Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Tamarac, Black Diamond). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients. Client-first mindset with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
