Contract / Contract to Hire / Full-Time Position Description: We are seeking a
QA Automation Analyst
with extensive experience in both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will investigate and diagnose quality complaints, analyze logs and databases, develop and execute test scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements. You will play a critical role in
enhancing software quality, improving processes, and supporting Agile development teams
throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities: Investigate and diagnose quality complaints, track components, and recommend corrective actions. Verify logs, databases, and other data sources to identify quality concerns and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain test scripts for both
manual and automated testing . Prepare and execute
UAT test cases
aligned with business requirements; conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders. Track test case execution and provide comprehensive progress reporting. Use
Jira
to log, categorize, prioritize, and track defects throughout the SDLC. Develop and maintain
requirements traceability matrices . Collaborate with development teams in development, test, and UAT environments to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Coordinate UAT schedules, communicate progress to stakeholders, and participate in test readiness assessments. Recommend go/no-go decisions based on test readiness and results. Ensure
software release sprints
are delivered on time and with high quality in an
Agile environment . Support performance testing efforts by creating, reviewing, and analyzing performance testing scripts and results. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff to build positive, productive relationships. Respond to inquiries regarding program errors or issues and manage multiple projects concurrently. Accurately track time spent on projects and provide reliable estimates for changes or enhancements. Required Experience: 8+ years of experience writing and executing test cases, creating test plans, and working across the
SDLC . 8+ years of experience with
software usability, requirements traceability, and QA processes . 8+ years using
Xray Test Case Management Tool . 8+ years of experience writing
SQL queries
for CRUD operations. 8+ years of experience utilizing
CI/CD pipelines
to support testing and software development. 8+ years conducting
API testing
using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER, or similar tools. 8+ years of experience in writing and executing automated tests using
UFT . Preferred Experience: Knowledge of
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) . Experience creating and reviewing
performance testing scripts
and results. Familiarity with
