Senior Operations Specialist
Location: La Crosse, WI, USA

DLF North America is recruiting for an Senior Operations Specialist to support operations at our La Crosse facility.
About the Job The Senior Operations Specialist is a key operational link between the Logistics team and other departments, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks to enable efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting.
Purchase order creation and submission.
Overflow support for sales order and production order entry.
Backup for local logistic coordinator.
Engage in freight traffic monitoring activities as needed.
Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze workflows and suggest optimization strategies.
Develop or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
Lead warehouse Safety Committee and perform warehouse/office duties.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant operations/supply chain experience.
Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and streamline processes to reduce waste.
Dependable and willing to work overtime as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Power industrial truck certification (preferred).
