Compensation This position is hourly, starting pay rate $26.44 /hour.

Position Details The Grainger Government Sales Accelerator Program (GSAP) is a 6‑month learning experience for recent college graduates or early‑career aspirants interested in becoming a full‑time sales professional. Participants collaborate with multiple functions—Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, eCommerce, Inventory Management, and Supplier Management—to acquire new customers, demonstrate the value of Sales & Services functions, and sell Grainger’s solutions. Team members develop relationships with senior leaders and support territory planning, contact strategy, and growth opportunity identification with Account Managers & Government Account Representatives. Upon successful completion, relocation to an outside field‑sales territory may be required.

You Have

Enrolled in a college or university, working towards a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.

Valid driver’s license.

Work location is remote; must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions.

No visa sponsorship provided now or in the future.

Open to relocation.

Up to 15–20% overnight travel may be required.
