Honda of Greenbelt Collision Center

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
to our team.
The salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $41,000 per year.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Greets customers, obtaining all pertinent customer, vehicle and insurance information, and introduces customers to the estimator on a rotating basis.
Ensures that each customer is informed of the details of the repair, including scheduling time and procedures, labor rate differences, insurance company requirements, payment procedures and all applicable warranties.
Assists estimators in scheduling appointments for incoming jobs and maintains an appointment log to ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
Maintains regular customer contact prior to appointment date and time, and ensures that all necessary parts have arrived on the day prior to appointment.
Monitors status of each job in process, follows up with each customer every 48 hours or as needed to ensure customer satisfaction, and documents pertinent information regarding repairs and conversations with customers in the Car Trac system.
Assists customers with insurance questions and issues and resolves when possible.
Qualifications
CCC and CDK experience is helpful, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process‑driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
