Base pay range $64,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr
Start Dates: June & July 2026
The base salary for this position is $64,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000.
This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

Wayfair’s Operations organization is revolutionizing the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and optimization platform that manages the end-to-end supply chain, from overseas production to the customer’s front door. Top candidates will possess strong business acumen and an appetite for solving challenging business problems. What You’ll Do
Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting
Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Operations
Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our logistics and supply chain operation
Create and deliver communication plans with external partners including suppliers, logistics, Wayfair’s proprietary freight forwarding service (CastleGate Forwarding), and external 3rd party logistics companies (3PL)
What You’ll Need
Current Senior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline with a 3.0 GPA minimum
You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

Possible Team Placements Include CastleGate Forwarding. CastleGate Forwarding is a digital freight forwarding organization within Wayfair's broader CastleGate Logistics network. We offer a full suite of shipping services that aims to provide Wayfair suppliers with competitive and convenient logistics solutions.
Catalog Merchandising. The Global Merchandising organization is responsible for building and maintaining Wayfair’s e-commerce catalog of over 24 million+ products. The organization comprises multiple teams that define, execute, and improve catalog excellence.
Global Supply Chain. Wayfair's Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is a network of interconnected global departments that support the journey of a product once an order is placed. The objective of the GSC team is to get orders to customers' homes quickly, reliably, and conveniently while enhancing the customer experience by preventing and reducing product defects.
