GO Car Wash is hiring a
Customer Service Lead . This is a developmental leadership role designed to prepare you for a
Team Leader
position. You will be the manager on duty when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You’ll Be Responsible For
Opening and closing the car wash according to GO’s standard operating procedures. Leading by example by greeting customers, using sales scripts to drive membership sales. Guiding vehicles safely into the wash and educating customers on our wash process. Maintaining site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior customer experience. Addressing customer issues, escalating to leadership if needed, to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assisting with team coaching and ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts. What You Bring
A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for sales and leadership. Strong customer service skills and the ability to promote membership packages. Ability to handle day-to-day site operations and resolve customer issues independently. Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role by working with site managers. Energy and stamina to stand, move, and engage with customers and teammates for extended periods. Basic Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred. Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods. Why You’ll Love Working Here

generally earn $xx.xx per hour, including base pay of $xx.xx/hour with an average of $x.xx/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped; top performers often earn more.
