Description
BlueHalo, an AV company, is seeking a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Hardware-in-the-Loop Integration Manager to assist the MDA and U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Government Integration Leads/Mission Test Directors (MTD) in executing Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Ground Test Activities. The candidate will support ground testing by consolidating testing requirements from all MDS stakeholders and translate those requirements into implementation strategies, test plans and test procedures. The candidate will work together with the Test Team to conduct MDS/MDA test events, including coordination and scheduling of test resources to support Department of Defense (DoD)/MDA System-Level test events, documenting run assessments and summaries used to advise GOV test leads on identifying technical challenges and proposing viable solutions relating to test planning, test resources and test execution. The candidate will assist with the development of material to be presented at engineering reviews that summarizes the work to be performed. Other activities include establishing requirements for evaluation tools and processes, development of analytical tools, providing analytical support to the test planning process, and coordination of analytical results within the MDS community. Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Familiarity with MDA Ground Test CONOPS Familiarity with Cloud computing concepts Must possess the ability to clearly express ideas/concepts, perform as part of a team, and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment. Display excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills and take a proactive role to ensure that responsibilities are completed on or ahead of schedule. Display the ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel Preferred: Familiarity with Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) Knowledge of HWIL Architecture infrastructure truth presentation to the element modes (SMHR, signatures, environment) Knowledge of HWIL architecture infrastructure, including truth presentation utilizing Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) adapter, and/or Ground Test Integrated System Simulation (GTISS) adapter Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts Qualifications
