We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and servicing mechanical, electrical, and CNC machinery, with a strong focus on interpreting electrical schematics and working with both relay-based and PLC-driven controls. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, supporting building infrastructure repairs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct service and repairs on industrial equipment
Ability to interpret electrical schematics
Controls experience both relay and PLC driven logic
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical / electrical systems and CNC machinery
Assist operators with preventive maintenance
Building maintenance – repair and installation of water and compressed air lines, electrical outlets and wiring
Must comply with all company and OSHA standards – lockout/tagout, safety, environmental
Skills
Strong troubleshooting skills with both electrical and mechanical systems
Operate vehicles (company van, forklift, aerial lift)
Knowledgeable with electricians’ tools (multimeter, amp probe, etc.)
Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Basic computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word
Attention to detail
