Direct the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve defined results within time, budget, and specifications for medium and high-complexity projects. Manage an average of 3-6 projects and low-complexity programs in IT Supply Chain and Operations. Assemble project teams, develop project work plans, and manage expectations, deliverables, and results for internal and external resources. Coordinate outside vendors to ensure contractual deliverables are met. Track project milestones and adjust plans or resources to maintain customer commitments. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders via standardized status reports and manage changes for each project. Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Manage three or more medium- to large-scale projects from planning to completion by facilitating meetings with project stakeholders. Develop, analyze, and manage project estimation and execution plans, schedules, and resource forecasts. Manage project financials and provide input for costs and budget impacts. Monitor overall project performance against plan and adjust as needed. Identify and resolve issues; provide guidance for RFI and vendor RFP processes. Supervise multiple project teams by allocating resources based on skills and project demands. Communicate a clear project vision and coordinate activities to achieve milestones. Lead and direct project teams to define scope, plans, and deployment to meet project needs; provide performance feedback as needed. Manage risks across projects by analyzing trigger events and implementing mitigations. Oversee change control, status reporting, estimating, cost accounting, and vendor invoicing processes. Establish contingency plans and manage dependencies across projects; recommend risk mitigations. Influence management to act on recommendations. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management to secure alignment and support. Facilitate interactions among customers, vendors, and the internal team to produce positive outcomes. Provide insights to Program Managers to drive goal development, prioritization, and decision-making for delivery. Adhere to enterprise project management practices and participate in training. Track and report key metrics; capture lessons learned and share feedback with teams and management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. PMP certification (Project Management Professional). 6+ years of project management experience in the Supply Chain and Operations space, including 8+ years IT or related business experience. 3-5 years of experience with project lifecycle methodologies. Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships. Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology (preferred). Strong knowledge of PMI project management competencies and methodologies. Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with all levels of management. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures (desired). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project) and Microsoft SharePoint. Benefits
