Operations Reporting Business Analyst - Spectrum Reach

Intermediate position, under general supervision, responsible for gathering data requirements and building comprehensive analysis while utilizing data tools such as Excel and Tableau. Develop an understanding of the business, workflows, and backend systems and databases to support reporting needs. Responsibilities Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Pull and integrate data from multiple sources (vendor sites, production systems, CRM, order management tools) to produce requested metrics and data elements. Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.). Create graphs and charts to present data. Create advanced graphs and calculations (month-over-month, year-over-year, normalization) to identify trends and address negative growth or behaviors. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements through data audits, validation, and analysis. Work with technical analysts to define data requirements including specific fields, tables, or joins. Lead and own project/reporting efforts from concept to completion (coordinate with vendor, technical analysts, and customers). Provide ad hoc reports as needed. Document data definitions, ETLs, business rules, and data quality requirements. Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to propose reporting solutions and identify workflow gaps to uphold data integrity. Knowledge of CRM/OMS or production system data. Perform other duties as requested and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Power BI; Word; PowerPoint). Knowledge of OMS or CRM data and handoffs (Salesforce and Traffic databases). General knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Ability to analyze and interpret data, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and work independently or in a collaborative team. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail.
