In this role, you’ll oversee inventory supply, shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions to ensure timely product movement, accurate inventory, and a safe, organized facility. You’ll be hands-on in daily planning, team development, and process improvement—all while driving compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to optimize space and productivity Coordinate product flow from plant to customer, ensuring on-time delivery Resolve inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement projects Manage timesheets, PTO, and payroll through Kronos Train new hires, coach existing team members, and lead performance evaluations Support talent development and diversity & inclusion initiatives Maintain clean, organized docks and storage areas Oversee trailer loading/unloading and customer shipment schedules Enforce GMP, safety, and company policies Collaborate with other departments for end-to-end process improvements
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse leadership Flexible to work various shifts as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
